The briefing form is a key document. It serves as a kick-off point for project development and a crucial yardstick against which to measure the work. Getting your brief right is vital, which may be why our creative brief training is such a popular part of what we do.
Our friendly trainers will help your team understand how to develop and use a brief. This includes, what is typically asked in brief, what the brief must explain, what information should be provided with it, as well as what questions to expect about it. We’ll then help the team build their own brief to meet their needs, before testing it out in small groups to see it action.

– Discussing briefs (background, typical ‘must-haves’, questions to expect)
– How to develop your own brief
– Consideration of team objectives, and inclusions for the brief
– Building the brief together (practical exercise)
– Testing the brief out with real-word examples
Creative brief training – Follow up session (three months after initial training
Includes:
– Assessing how the team is using the briefing form
– Addressing any problems, issues or objections to using the briefing from
– Re-enforcing necessity of using the brief
